For work users, automation can be as crude as the manual operations, thus troubleshooting should be at hand in case glitches would happen.

Thus, having these operations done in minutes instead of hours, would be a start for employees to explore more learning tasks than spending time doing manual work. For some organizations, the advent of communication technologies have made employees work or engage in opportunities off-site rather than just be present in the office.

Thus, business processing must be viewed as a complementing activity to most jobs in the workplace. Business should take the revolution as the replacement of old manual jobs in order to concentrate to more learning tasks and experiences. In the same way, business processes should be refined and ample education to users is needed in order for it to realize its full potential.
